My CRS score without adding my wife (that means answering NO to "Is your spouse/common-law partner coming with you?" ques) is 462 but if I add my wife it is 430. And there is no way I can improve the 430 score as my wife is still a student. My question is if I apply alone how hard it will be to bring my wife later on?

If you apply as a single person, you will never be able to sponsor your wife and may lose your own PR status for lying in your application. You have no choice but to mention your wife.
Is your 430 calculation without your spouse's IELTS and ECA completely? She can still earn points if she takes the IELTS or provides an ECA with her completed studies so far (secondary degree or X years of post-secondary).
