You need to figure out your career prospects in India to get a study permit. You need to show education and career advancement and show what career (higher pay) you will have in India after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Doesn’t make sense to take a course that is based on the Canadian health system if you are arguing that the course will lead to career advancement in your home country.
