I got my wife in Visitor VISA. I applied for PR inland application on Feb 19, 2015. With the new rule of SCLPC open work permit program I submitted an open work permit application too with my PR application. Her 6 months tenure ending by May 30, 2015 since she arrived on December 1,2014..
CIC says within 4 months they will process open work permit and send it to us.
So for me they should issue before June 19,2015.
since her 6 months tenure ending by May 30, 2015, they wont issue open work permit since she is going out of status in June or she is whether in implied status.
Or I need to apply for VISITOR VISA extension now.
