I am eager to continue my studies in Canada at the Master's level. I want to know about the fully funded scholarships being offered and also the requirements and documents for the scholarship. Please guide me out.

Yes you need to talk to the school or find scholarships from your country. You are not going to get fully funded scholarships from the Canadian government unless a PhD candidate through fellowship or NSERC chairs. And those are for a very few.
