I am a high school graduate graduated from the cathedral Catholic School, since my day of graduation, I have been wanting to continue my study abroad but always not opportune..

Can you please help me to get a full scholarship to be able to continue my study.

There are no full scholarships. Research scholarships in your region. Ask the school where you plan to study about possible scholarships. Full scholarships are usually reserved for Phd/Masters programs. You still need pay for tuition and show living expenses.

You have to research schools and decide what program you want to study. You need to research admission requirements too. No one can do that for you. Once admitted then apply for a study permit, pay first year tuition and show a minimum of $10k Cdn and show career opportunities in Liberia to justify costs
