I want to go in Canada and finish the 12th grade there and then go to university, but I have some questions before:

1. International students could receive a scholarship for university?????
2. If my tutor moves from Toronto to Vancouver can I also move from the school in the second semester???
3. If I have the Cambridge exam passed it is necessary to take the IELTS exam also???

3. Check out with your school if they accept Cambridge ESOL, generally it's valid for academics. You need a minimum FCE, BEC Vantage.

Many do - you will have to check with the university / college directly. Generally speaking, scholarships are available at the Masters level and above - not for bachelors or diplomas.
