My parents are coming to Canada on a visitor visa next month. We were also planning to visit Europe (Germany) in September as a group. Does anyone know if my parents would be able to apply for Schengen Visa during their stay in Canada? Or can they only apply for Schengen from their home country ?
Some additional background - I am a Canadian citizen and my parents previously had the Schengen visa (which has since expired)
