Scheduled Break

I am in a 16-month (4-term) course-based program, with a scheduled break in 1st-year summer. However, in my school, many master's programs do not have such scheduled break. When applying PGWP, how could CIC know that my summer is a scheduled break? My admission letter did mention my program is a 16-month (4-term) program, but this information won't show up on my degree completion confirmation. So, how can CIC determine if a Master's program has a scheduled break (for PGWP)?
