I finished my last semester on April 24/2020. My next semester is part-time because I have to retake 2 courses but this semester is suspended until January 2021. I'm planning to study English to avoid a gap of more than 150 days. Can I work for the first 150 days ? and Can I work if I will be taking part-time for the final semester? Thank you so much.

I believe you can work as long as it's a scheduled break. You may want to get proof (for future reference) from your school you won't be able to continue in your program until January 2021 and this period was a scheduled break. A part-time final semester isn't a problem.
