Hi everyone,
I have a question, I got rerefused visa of uk when I apply first time then they gave me visa when I reapply. I wanna ask shall I mention in Schedule A form or not ? After one month they gave me visa . Any senior help me plz ? Thanks

You were given the UK visa the 2nd time…so you don’t need to answer "NO"……but with IRCC better to provide details and be honest.

IMM5669 - Schedule A form……answer “YES” to;

Q4.d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program ) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

IMM5669 - Schedule A form….. “If your answer to any of the questions is YES, please provide details below”......in this section;

Provide details that your 1st UK visa application was refused but re-applied and your 2nd UK visa application was approved.

As per above post you need to say yes but then explain you re applied (for what ever reasons) and then explain you got a visa the 2nd time.

IRCC will be able to look into your travel history and passport and see you have been refused a visa before but have one now. So by not telling them even though you have a visa now will lead to more serious trouble and a potential ban on travel to Canada for some time

I was refused a visitor visa once to Canada due to criminal charge, overcame the criminal conviction via rehabilitation but still have to tick Yes.
I have to tick Yes for other countries but put it the comments why i refused the first time but not anymore as I overcame the issues.
