Schedule A - Where to send? Help please

Someone please help!! (see my time line in signature)
So (Timeline in my signature)
In my email I received SA on May 24. I'm waiting to get an email or notification from my CIC account to upload the Schedule A form. However in the mail it says it can also be mailed to the CPC Mississauga office, but then I got another email saying our application was going to CPC Ottawa....so where do I mail out the Schedule A? (Should I just wait to be prompted and link it online?) Or just send it IRCC.

Question , Anybody submitted (via Web form) Schedule A before May 11th got confirmation or has attached to the file ?

My Application has been linked since 4/26/17 with NO REQUEST for additional information (i.e. Schedule A-my sponsor called and was told the lack of communication was due to technical error)
I have submitted a specific inquiry regarding this issue however, I too amd going to send schedule A via Mail.

I am a March 2017 applicant. I was having lots of issues uploading Schedule A as well. I just saved myself the trouble and express mail it to cic. They received it the next day and was attached to my file right away. One week later my background check started.
