Wow, I received this again, omg, I called them, but they are not sure why this happened. Maybe I provide the wrong/different information compare with the first one.
So, do you guys have ever solve this issue?? I upload all the real documents and history, but, you know, it is years ago, I can not remember it clearly. Maybe some events missing or wrong date. How can I fix it?
