Schedule A Government Positions

Hi, I’m wondering if anybody could answer my question...I worked at the state University as a secretary in the past, I did not have a status of a civil servant in my country and was just a regular hired worker there. Would that job still be considered a “Government position” because it was a University that belonged to the Government? Thanks...I’m just really puzzled with this question.

No, its not considered a government position.

No, working for a public university would not be considered the same thing as working for the government in this case.
