Hello I am trying to fill out the schedule a form for my spose but we keep getting the "review the personal history section, it seems like some information is missing"
- enter the most recent information first
- dont leave any gaps in time..
I dont see any gaps. I will list what we have in from bottom to top.
2021-04 - ON_GOING
2020-06 - 2021-04
2019-06 - 2020-12
2019-05 - 2020-07
2014-09 - 2019-05
It also gives the error in the residential section
2017-10 - ON_Going
2016-06 - 2017-09
2015-09 - 2016-05
2014-09 - 2015-08
2014-05 - 2014-09
The ones it gives the error on are the last one on each section 2014-09 - 2019-05 and 2014-05 - 2014-09 on both it calls out both 2014s in the "From" section. No idea why it is giving this error and I cant validate the damn thing till I fix it
Try entering the info so that months do not overlap.
Ie you have 2014-09 followed by 2014-09, change one to August or October.

but then that'd be falsifying information no?

it also calls out the year not the month, so its something to do with 2014

How would that be falsifying information? The form only provides space for months, not days - so just choose the closest, whichever you spent more of a month doing.

Don't know, keep trying - did you go back ten years? Perhaps that's the issue?

its 18 or 10 years, whichever is closer. So that'd be when she turned 18 but alright I'll try the month thing see if that works

Try the month thing. If that doesn't work, go back ten years and see if that allows the validation.
