For IMM0008 Schedule 1 form, #9, second question...

Would my spouse’s rejection for a past TRV attempt effect her PRV application? We plan to send a copy of the Canadian Consulate’s denial letter which states their reasons why she was rejected. Since we attach the denial letter to the application, would we still be required to provide details?
