Hope all is well with everyone! I'm super busy.. the wedding is less than 3 weeks away! I'm getting everything sorted out to send as soon as possible after the marriage. I have a question about the checklist for U.S applications. It says that each person needs to fill out three copies of the Schedule 1. Do we send all three copies in? This is a dumb question but I don't want to screw everything up because of something silly. Thanks

YEs, send all three copies.
Agreed! And for my additional sheet of "Personal History" I attached 3 copies of that as well (behind each paperclipped Schedule 1 form). Not sure if that's necessary, but I figured why not?

Always better safe than sorry!
Where is the region guide does it ask for this?
Appendix A--document checklist:
Schedule 1. - You and each of your family members 18 years of age or older must complete three
copies of their own form Schedule 1 - Background/Declaration.
I didn't see this either, and I've already sent my application. Uh oh. Do you think this will be a major problem? Has anyone else on this forum made this mistake? How did it turn out?
edit-- this is reassuring: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/schedule-1-copy-booboo-t37063.0.html
