I completed my 3 year diploma in india after my 10th.,and then i applied for a post graduate diploma in GBC.,got offer letter.,filed visa but am feeling whether i did wrong selecting post graduate diploma even after having unconditional offer letter

I donot think that will be an issue. I have completed Engg in India. I am going for a 2 year diploma course. I got my Visa too. So hope for the best.

I got unconditional offer letter for Lambton for Internet Programming and Database Management (Co-op) which is post graduate Diploma.,
My profile :-
10th :- 83%
Diploma in Computer Engineering :- 81%
IELTS :- 6 OVERALL., (R=5.5,L=6,W=6,S=6.5)
14 months Experience as System Administrator in Private Company.
But my query is CAN I GET VISA FOR A POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME EVENTHOUGH I HAVE UNCONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER.,or shall i change my program to post secondary diploma?? please suggest me what to do ??

You got admission which means the college doesn't have any issue with your academic credential. I really doubt high commission will reject your visa for this very reason. You're just scared and will keep speculating until you receive a decision on your application. As someone said earlier just keep praying and hope for the best. There's hardly much you can do now.
