My file has recently been transferred to Scarborough town center. I want to know if any statistics is available regarding the wait time before I get the test letter, and how long does it take to have the oath letter after passing the test?
Mine was transferred there on 17th Jan and we have not heard from them yet. This can give you an idea.

Mine for referenc. App. Feb 2013. Transferred to STC 19 Nov 2013. Waiting for test. It will be late March if around 4 months. The agent said it would be 19 May 2014 the latest.
I received the notice to appear - to write a citizenship test today. Test date is April 10 . It took ~ 1.5 month since my application got transferred to STC local office. I will write the test in the same place.
This morning I did my citizenship test and interview in Scarborough Town Center at 8:30 am. The test was absolutely easy and I finished in 5 minutes. After test, they called my name and checked my original documents (OHIP, DL, PR Card, Landing paper and all passports). I had my passports translated, and they took the translated documents and added to my application. They checked few dates from passports and compared them with my application. At the end they mentioned that it may take 6-8 weeks before I get the oath ceremony invitation.
This week I received notice to appear/to take the oath of citizenship on May 21. Date of the letter is 28 of April. It took 18 days from my test date to get the oath invitation letter.
