Hi
I am in Quebec applying CAQ for my Minor nephew ,who is not in Canada,me as his guardian and his parent need sign some more document and send them to "Service aux étudiants" (For Caq). is scanned copy of the signed document is acceptable for CAQ ?
can they sign their document and email it to me and I send all to "Service aux étudiants" ?
