I have my documents translated by a certified translator in Ontario. He sent me a scan of them before stapling the translation to the certified copy of the original document, and also the hard copies which are stapled. Now, for uploading my documents, can I use those images the translator sent me that the translations and original documents are not stapled or I should scan those hard copy myself?

All you need to do is provide the scans of the translated documents and the originals. I don't understand why you think the staple would change anything.
