you are in India or US?
I am also working on SAP FICO for the last 6yrs in USA, I got my PR (sending my passports soon). Don't know how the SAP market is in Canada...

At mapleleafSAP.com we monitor the Canadian SAP job market on a monthly basis. As of July 2014, FI/CO is in strong demand in Canada in nearly every city - especially in Toronto and Calgary.
What concerns the PR process, it may be a lengthy process depending on your visa office. It also depends if you come alone or if you bring family along.
