Sorry to say this, but u need to do it urself. SOP is a very imp doc. as well as well scrutinized by the VOs. U cant get it done by others. If at all the VO gets a hint that it's being copied or repeated or anything, u'll be at a loss. just prepare a decent 1 page SOP with nice points stating why u intend to study that course in that particular institute, its relatin to ur present job or education and ur ties with ur home country..that would help.And i also checked out ur program at site, u can go for this univ. ur program is listed there.
