Same Medical for TRV and PR - Non Accompanying Spouse

My spouse got medical done for TRV visa in this year April and its valid for one year. Now I got ITA and going with non accompanying spouse, so I need to submit medical for her. Can I reuse the same TRV medical even for PR process as well? Or do I need get medical done again? Can someone help me with this?

If those Medicals were done this year in April, you can still use those.
