Hi, has anyone here had experience of applying for a study permit in buffalo, I am currently living in canada but am leaving soon to go to the USA, I am from the UK so will I still be able to apply in the USA?, also it says that it all paperwork is in order you can get it same day, has anyone been to this office and had experience with it?
