Do Not apply without a GRE, though its not complusary but its highly reconmended !!! and as you do not have work experience it more so makes sense to have GRE on your application

Mead !! Yes you are right but if you look at recent trends ... getting admission is getting tougher by the time... it highly recommended to have GRE by your side now !!
