Runaway from Quebec, will my plan work?

Greetings, I’m currently working in Quebec. I have closed work permit and my spouse has open one. Both(visas too) are valid till sep 2020

Since my French knowledge is zero I plan to get PR through FSW program

I want to quit my job, move and settle in Ontario(Ottawa) and go for PR. I'm aware that I wont be able to work for another employer, but I have some savings to live for a long period of time.

My questions are:
1. is this plan wont work and why?
2. Will my wife be able to officially freelance ior work in Ottawa with her open work permit that she got through mine Quebec’s wp?

1. You can certainly move to Ontario and apply for PR.

2. Your wife can work anywhere in Canada.
