RTD photo specification

I recently took a photo for PR application and now I want to apply for RTD, Can I use same photo? In the RTD instruction section, it says permanent resident card photo size is not the same RTD, but surprisingly they gave the same specification. This is kinda confusing. Pls can someone assist on this? Thanks

I did. You can use if its not more than 6 months.
