Do you know anyone, who applied for citizenship who have physical presence of at least 1095 days, received RQ? On the CIC's FAQ page, it includes information about RQ if physical presence is less than 1095, but just wondering if anyone landed with RQ but with 1095 physical days or more.
Search the forum with keyword "RQ" and you will see many many cases. 1095 days presence is the minimum requirement of the application. Without fulfilling this requirement, your application will not be considered for Citizenship. All RQ cases here are post application scenarios.

This is not quite accurate, because there is some disagreement about the meaning of "residence" in Canada. However, if you don't have 1095 days' physical presence, and it is at all possible to wait in order to meet the 1095-day requirement through physical presence alone, it is preferable to wait to apply.
