RQ sent to St.Clair office for review. how much time is taken by the st.clair office to review the RQ ?? After how much time do one receives the test date and is test conducted at St.Clair office or your local office ??

I heard from cic call centre that st. Clair office has backlog with applicants with RQs which means the processing time would be longer than 36 months which is the official processing time published by CIC.
