So i got an RQ to fill out and while everything is pretty straight forward there is one document which is required - travel history and / or records of movement from all countries for which you have a passport.
The rq-discussions thread on the discussion forum has a lot of infomation on requesting travel info
Many posters in that thread have requested/obtained information from CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency), some have also got information from the US Border folks. Please note given the higher issuance of RQ's recently several people have reported that the CBSA request can take from 1 month to more than 2 months. People usually submit the RQ response within the deadline (45 days ?) without the CBSA info and then subsequently provide the exit/entry records from CBSA when they get them.
I am not sure about how to get travel history from other countries/home country other than relying on passport exit/entry stamps.
I read tons of threads here and on other forums, i have already requested the CBSA report but can't figure out what report they want for my Russian passport. maybe i will just give them a call!
Hi Rita! Could you please tell me whether you were able to get some kind of a report of your traveling records from Russian Border Authorities. If so could you please advise me where should I start. And how long did it take if you were lucky enough to get something)? I am in the same boat with you.
Thanks a lot.
