I received RPRF request on 17 Oct 2018 and paid the fee on 21 Oct 2018 and uploaded the receipt on same day. I haven't heard back anything from CIC yet.
1. How much time will it take ?
2. Where can I contact to know the exact timelines about the processing?
3. Is it worth going for GCMS ?
I'm worrying about this because my friend too applied along with me and he received PPR.

Look brother there is no time line after RPRF request it's true that they are going to finalising your application that is way they ask you to pay this fee but it's all on the visa office like I received my RPRF request on 1 August and paid at 3 aug but after that no move
At note that I am not EE I am paper based PNP
So I submitted by RPRF on the 20th of August and uploaded and transmitted the receipt the same night. The only thing mentioned in the additional documents was the RPRF and the link as to how can I pay it.
