2) is the email address that CIC asked me to send the receipt . 1) is the email address which I saw in some of the posts in this forum. Now I am confused which one is correct. Does it makes more sense to follow what CIC says?

- Send copy of all passports
- Both the above must be received by this office by :2014/12/06
I am advised to send the copy of RPRF receipt, copy of all passports and a copy of the same letter to the High Commission at the address indicated below (NO EMAIL ID MENTIONED THOUGH).

My query is - while my IME is due on Tuesday and the clinic is supposed to send the report themselves, does CED expect me to send the hardcopies of the other documents (RPRF receipt, copy of all passports and a copy of the same letter) to the PO Box address through snail mail or is there any e-mail ID available where I can send the scanned copy.
This must be received at this office by: 2020/xx/xx
(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and send to the High Commission at the e-mail address or mailing address indicated below. Unless specifically requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail.
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.
