RPRF Question.

Hey guys,
I would like to start by the congratulating everyone who got their PPR today. This is a great success for everyone and a good end to a long long wait. I received my AOR on September 7 and haven't heard anything yet. I also paid the entire amount right away.
My question is does RPRF payment mean that the applicant is 100% eligible. Im asking because some people if September got RPRF requests, and I didn't get any "refund" o RPRF, so I'm trying to think positively.

It's still possible to be refused after RPRF - if that's what you're asking. But the chances of a refusal at this stage are extremely low.
