I had received RPRF and Biodata request on November 25th , but no MR. I am not sur ehow long does it take to get MR now after this. My ECAS status has changed to in process. I was told by many people that it is usual and I should receive the MR the next day. So far I have not got it and want to know if someone has similar experience and how long did they have to wait until the MR request after RPRF and biodata request

Make sure you are e-mailing CIC if your application was submitted a long time ago - In my case, I received RPRF and BioData first, but it was because CIC had sent MR to an incorrect e-mail address, and 4 months went by before I e-mailed asking for status and they replied by asking if Medicals had been done yet.... 4 months, LOST! as if the process doesn't take long enough!
ceeram, RPRF is a way more positive sign then medical request because the email says that eligibility is passed.
in your place i will be relaxed and wait for my turn to get medical request.
there is a forum member here who hasn't heared anything from cpp-ottawa and he applied in november 2012(two months before you).
patience is a virtue and immigration is a privilege not a right
thanks for the reply. I am happy that they sent me RPRF and biodata . I do agree it is a privilege , but i have to be proactive and solve the issues for me to understand the situation. I am trying to do the same . I hope to mail CIC and ask if they forgot to send MR forms or it was intentional.
I hope you had provided all the details in the email. If you dont provide all the details, CIC wont even respond to tell that some required information is missing
in your email.
