jobs roles written by two different people can have same meaning coined in different way but cant have the same similarities unless one copied from the other. what am trying to say is, if your reference letter was written by your employer and job duties were stated clearly, what IRCC watches is if there is a match in duties. it can be written different way but mean same thing. But when they are similar word by word, sentence by sentence, they may think is copy and paste.

I understand... Taking a few examples - prepare subject material is stated in the IRCC NOC as well as my letter because that is one of my roles. Also assigning and correcting homework is another example. They are the same. What to do?
if you're sure that it wasn't copied and if it goes through scrutiny of plagiarism check and the percentage wont be high, as I don't knw how IRCC checks theirs, that shouldn't be a problem. where there will be problem if when the number of bullet points for the duties are the same.
Well they aren't the same... A few were taken from the NOC and a few were added on their own.. signed n stamped and given to me.. and now I don't think they'll give me another one... Wondering what to do...pretty anxious too... Haven't submitted the PR application though... Roughly another 10 days left...
