Work closely with the Director of the Support team to design and implement the Technical Escalation Process responsible for handling Technical Escalations, Bug reports etc related to Tribe Community Platform.
  1. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product team to ensure all commitments related to the Implementation of Projects are honored.
  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success, sales, and finance to achieve the best possible outcomes for company and our customers.
  3. Retain a pulse on competitor offerings, customer sentiment, and feature requests.
  4. Test and validate that new features meet the requirements.
  5. Gather user feedback and iterate accordingly.
  6. Hire new Support Engineers as per the company requirements.
  7. Manage the team of Support engineers as and when hired to effectively help them support Tribe’s community solution software.
  8. Design the KPIs and other performance metrics for their team to effectively measure their performance.
  9. Create feature usage and success reports based to monitor the performance of the product.
  10. Prepare a detailed project plan that outlines the budget, scope and how it improves the department.
  11. Meet with the key stakeholders to audit the projects.
  12. Regularly connect with the new Support Engineers during their probation period to help them grow professionally in the company.
