Dear Members,

I would like to know the possibility and success rate of applying via RNIP from the study permit pathway.

My scenario -

1. Husband and wife land in Canada along with a dependent child.
one has a study permit (for 1/2 years) and the spouse gets an open work permit for 1 / 2 years

2. Spouse gets a job offer after he lands , from a regional participating community thereby qualifying for nomination/recommendation from community.

3. Now, is the spouse eligible to apply for PR under RNIP? What is the success rate.? Will the community nominate the person with job offer?
