Riyadh Embassy PRTD Processing time?

I have applied for a PRTD under the Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds. Its been a month and 8 days and I haven't heard anything. If someone applied for a PRTD in Riyadh, how much time did it take you until they finished it?

Its been exactly 6 weeks and I didn't hear anything yet.

Its almost 7 weeks heard nothing at all.

Hello, I applied for a PR TD on April 18 2016 in Vienna, Austria. And today May 2 2016 I received in the mail my passports - old and new, an expired PR card and a PR TD attached to my passport. It took exactly 2 weeks - processing and mailing.
