Hi, i seek guidance if we opt to pay the fee for right to PR at a later stage post approval can cause slow down for PR application approval and further how long does it normally takes these days for approval of PR application post submission.

Yes, it does lead so some delay although how much delay is up for debate according to various members of this forum. One senior member said it can cause delay for up to 30-60 days. The average processing time is around six months.
