Right of Permanent Residence Fee

I am going to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee, to ND visa office.
Please confirm whether should be paid in Canadian dollar or equal Indian Ruppes.

Also Draft in favour of "Receiver General for Canada" should be payable in Canada or India?

If you wanna pay in Canadian Dollars... draft must be in favor of "Receiver General for Canada" and if you wanna pay in Indian Rupees...draft must be in favor of "Canadian High Commission"

CAD - 490 per applicant
INR - 21440 per applicant
