Hi, my PR expired in Oct 2014 as I could not go back . Is there any way how I can revoke the same and also get it done for my wife and kid.

Your wife would need to apply to renounce her PR herself you cannot do it for her. As for your child if they were a PR and they left the country with you then maybe consider leaving their PR status as is given when they are older they may have the opportunity to claim PR when they reach 18 under an H&C application being removed as a minor. Your decision of course but there is no issue leaving PR status as is other than if anyone wants to visit Canada in the meantime
