applied early oct but review of eligibility never starts..
anyone here or you know of who got ppr without start of review of eligibility ?

Well it might be possible if everything was complete but eligibility, but even then an officer reviews it and it technically starts before your final approval

i just saw a couple of profiles getting results 2 to 3 months after start of eligibility review
