Returning to Canada on TRV based on closed WP but also BOWP-Any issues? with imm

Hi Seniors,

I am currently on Closed WP which is valid till Jan 2014, because of my employer & contracting problems, they asked me to go back to my home country by Oct Mid. I applied BOWP with AOR details and hopefully get my BOWP before i leave. My Visa is expired long back and i am planning to apply my TRV and receive the same before i leave based on my closed WP so my new TRV would be valid till Jan 2014.
My question is if i return to Canada on my TRV before Jan 2014 and having the BOWP in hand without any job, do you see any problems with immigration officer in the airport?

Please provide your views/opinions, thoughts and any known cases

You should be fine I guess.. I can confirm the same for sure by end of this month, one of my friend who is in similar situation as you has gone to India and will be returning by end of this month..

Hello everyone,

Has anyone experienced it? Can someone share their experience if they have gone through the same. I need to know this, as soon i have to travel back and return to Canada. any suggestions on who can confirm this? if CIC can clarify this? any idea what number to be called?
