Returning to Canada as PR - Is form B-4 needed?

I was working in Canada for couple years. Flew to India for getting my PR and now landing as Permanent Resident. The goods that I am taking along with me while landing are the same goods that I carried with me when I flew from Canada few months ago. These goods were already imported at the US / Canada border and registered using B-4 couple years ago. By the way, I am not carrying much now. Only one box each with some clothes and some personal jewels and medicines. I don't have any goods to follow. My question is, do I still need to do the B-4 again while landing now? Please advice.

No, since you are a resident of Canada. B4 are for those who is not resident of Canada but intend to live in Canada for at least a calendar year.
