Hello. My husband is a greencard holder in the us, since 2009 he's been visiting me in Canada until October last yr he tried coming back n he was given one week. So he stayed then left n tried returning 4 days after n they denied him entry. He always drive across the boarder.
Their reason was he spent too much time here n they think he is workin here n how comes he has 2 Ontario plated cars in his name ( he had switched his us drivers licence to Ontario in 2011)
I filled for him n was approved to sponsor him last month.
He has a job there now n a little bit of funds in his account.
How can he visit me and our son also we r expecting a baby in 3 weeks. I Need him here by time our baby is born.
ugh im really desperate!! i've tried since yesterday to pay for my work permit application online but it wont go through! it says the transaction was unsuccessful and ive tried with several different cards and OF COURSE i checked if i have enough funds.. so im guessing is the website?? has someone had a similar experience?!?!?!
