Returning to canada after 18 months visa sill valid

Hey All

I got a student visa and study permit from sep 2011 to sep 2013 but i dnt do well in uni & screwed myslef so in may 2011 i got academic prohabation for a year now after returning to India i completed my graduation and wish to go for a post degree diploma in a diffrent uni/college in january 2013 & i wanted to know if i have to apply for a new student visa or study permit to go back & will i face any problems at immigration as i was in India for quite some time but i was studing here & will showing them some work experience in india help for my study permit it has specified the university name for Bonded it says NO & degree and post secondary degree kindly help.

i guess you need to apply for a new study permit coz the duration and entry may limit restricts your entry.
if it is mentioned on your visa that you have multiple entry then i dnt think there shuld be any problem .but its always a gud idea to ask an expert like any immigration agent they have better knowledge.

but all in all its a fact that if u r going for a p.g diploma its duration will be more than your current visa that will expire in sep 2013 so its advisable you apply for a new study visa

well it does say that i have multiple entry on my visa & for applying for new visa ohh i just hopt they dnt deny it cus i did wuite shitty at my uni for the two years !! & will they like be able to check my financial records cus there might be this roger's phone bill which i din't pay cause i had to come back to india and i dint worry about it till now

well i have no idea abt it you better go to immigration officer they'll let u knw everything.
as far ur debt in canada r concerned i dnt think they have anything to do with it

just get admission in any cheap college for the remaining months and go there. show them ur loa etc. there will be now problem if u have visa n have a valid admission.but go to a course in which u realted to ur prevous standard

so killer you are advising me to just go back to canda on the same visa and not get a new one
