I wanna know that can I visit India in January for for 20 days for my friends marriage.i have valid visa,study permit and multiple entries
While returning back do I need to go to CBSA officers at airport or I can return back without meeting CBSA officers?
I checked CIC website where it is mentioned that you may not get back to Canada and what are CBSA requirements to enter canada

You will have to undergo immigration (meet the CBSA officers), there is no way around to it. Everyone undergoes the process including Canadian citizens. They officer may ask a few questions about your visit to India, as long as you have a valid visa and study permit, you should be good.
