I have applied for Canada FSW 2013 as mechanical engineer but my documents all returned to me with a letter indicating""you do not meet the requirements of regulation 10 of IRPA." what does it mean?
my documents were complete and I had 10 years work experience!!!

You need to provide a lot more information about your application, NOC code, IELTS results etc before we can even start to guess at the reason. Has your NOC reached it's cap?
