Returned application--now out of status.

My application was returned because of a forgotten signature. Unfortunately, we applied with a week left on my visitor visa and now I am out of status. What happens now? If I send in my application again tomorrow does that put me back in implied status? What happens with the OWP? Can that still be sent along with the package.

You need to apply to restore your status along with resubmitting a complete application. No - sending in your application tomorrow does not put you back in implied status. You will continue to be out of status in Canada until the restoration application is approved.
