Hi there

U camr back to my home country to do biometrics and rrenee my passport.
I am planning to go to canada with eta since i want to stay with my husband also my husbands fathers ill . i have prepared all documents and etc and i know its not guaranteed that i could be let in . i booked flight tickets to show that i will definitely return to home country but should i actually buy this ticket now ? Or booked ticket would show my intention to leave at the end of my stay (if i get in ) i do not mean to lie but i just need to paln funds right now . and if i would be denied of eta would that affects my outland pr process. Thank you

You need a ticket showing a departure from Canada or the airline won’t board you.

It looks like your wife may have overstayed before. That could be a factor when dealing with CBDA at the port of entry.
